Nicky’s Boats & Ships
Using a skill
he learnt while doing time, André-Nicky Nikelo makes delicate ships and boats out of used matchsticks, wood
and paper. Working at home, he creates his vessels in various sizes up to about 50 cm long. He sells them
outside the Owl House and, from time to time, his sister sells them in Cape Town. André-Nicky also makes
